TEE TIMES
With
our Online Tee Time Booking function, golfers can set
up accounts,
so personal information is only filled out once during
your initial Account
Setup. From then on, you just log in to
your account prior to making your tee time. Features
include viewing of previous and future bookings! Plus,
we've extended the online booking window to 3
weeks in advance!
There are also DISCOUNT TIMES available.
They vary from day to day, so please view days you are interested
in playing golf. No need for a coupon! Our system tracks
people who book online during the discounted times,
so you'll receive the discount rate at check in!
TOAD VALLEY'S ONLINE TEE
TIMES BOOKING POLICY
 You will need a valid credit
card to reserve your tee time. Any charges to the card
will be made at the time of play.
WATCH YOUR DATE! Toad Valley is NOT responsible for a booking with the wrong date.
The price of the reservation is determined
by the time and day of the tee time.
Please call us 515.967.9575,
menu option 0 if you need to cancel or make modifications
to your tee time.
You will be charged if you book
8 or more golfers and do not show. Cancellations must be made
at least 24 hours in advance for avoid charges for large
groups.
NOTE: You can select
a tee time for the 18 hole course even if you are only planning
on playing 9 holes. Simply tell person at check in that you
are only playing 9 holes!
