We are located approximately 5 miles east of the State Fairgrounds on University Avenue in Des Moines, Iowa. Toad Valley is 1/2 mile south of Southeast Polk High School.

From the North: Take 1-35 South. Get off on I-80 East. Take the first exit number 141 to Altoona and the State Fairgrounds. Get off on the second exit labeled to Pleasant Hill and State Fairgrounds. Turn left or east at the stop lights onto E University Ave. Take University Ave up until the stoplights at NE 80th Street. Turn right or south at these stop lights. We are 1/2 mile south of Southeast Polk High School.

From the West: Take I-235 East. Get off on the University Ave exit headed toward the State Fairgrounds. Stay on University Ave (which is also Hwy 163) for approximately 8 miles until you reach the stoplights at NE 80th Street which is about 5 miles east of Pleasant Hill. Turn right or south. We are 1/2 mile south of Southeast Polk High School.

From the South: Get on the new Hwy 65 bypass. Take the E University exit. Turn right or east at the stop lights. Continue for about 5 miles until you reach the stop lights at NE 80th Street. Turn right or south at the stop lights. We are 1/2 mile south of Southeast Polk High School.

From the East: Get on Hwy 163. Continue until you reach Southeast Polk High School which is right on Hwy 163. Turn left or south at the stoplights at the intersection of University Ave (Hwy 163) and NE 80th Street. We are located 1/2 mile south of Southeast Polk High School.
